I’ve changed my Foreclosure report to identify Short Sales. Please call me if you do not know the difference between a Foreclosure and a Short Sale. I can get you into a Foreclosure home with 45 days. Short Sales can take from several weeks to five months to get approval from the bank to close.

 I hope everyone had a great weekend. The weather here in sunny Pensacola, Florida this weekend was wonderful. The Navy Blue Angels presented an air show Saturday; they always provide a super show. I could not attend I was in the office working. One day I might take some time off.
