Welcome to my Monday Morning Coffee Report, June 14, 2010
I have so many request from clients asking “Terry how is the market doing? In order to provide information to everyone I created the Monday Morning Coffee Report. I send this E-newsletter out each Monday to provide you with the current real estate data. If I ever miss sending the newsletter out I receive many e-mails and phone calls asking for their copy. I try not to send an over amount of e-mails to everyone, the Monday Morning Coffee Report is important to a lot of clients looking for real estate in my area.
I found out this past week that the data link on my web site that provides the service for home searches on the MLS was not working properly, and had been down for some time. The problem has been corrected and I’m sorry to everyone who could not search for homes and be able to view photos and home details on my site. I work hard to keep my web site systems working; there are just times where technology breaks down. I do feel I have a great system in place where you can visit for all your real estate needs.
