The market is getting better, mortgage rates are lower, and there is an increase of buyers coming into the Pensacola and surrounding areas. There is also an increase in the number of homes in distress; each week the amount of Foreclosures increase.

Beach Bash Blow Out to help raise money for:
Keller Williams Love Fund Pensacola is having a Beach Bash Blow Out to help raise money for Abby Geiser & Tonia Abbott. Abby Geiser is 7 years old and she is undergoing Chemotherapy for Osteosarcoma. Tonia Abbott is a Keller Williams Realtor, paraplegic, and is recovering from Spinal Surgery. We are asking for a $5 donation. For each $5 donation you will be entered into a drawing and could win a two night stay at Pensacola Paradise Inn on Pensacola Beach, Dinner for two at Peg Leg Pete’s, Fun at Radical Rides, or a Beach Survival Kit.
