In the Foreclosure section you will find; Court Approved, Foreclosed, Lis Pendens, Corp Owned/Relocation and Short Sales. There are 435 homes in distress located in Escambia County and 266 homes in Santa Rosa County. This is a small increase from the January report.

Escambia County includes Pensacola, Perdido Key, Cantonment, & Molino.

Santa Rosa County includes Pace, Milton, Jay, Gulf Breeze and Navarre.
