The figures in the active listings and sold were compiled Friday, February 20th at 11:00AM. I’m leaving for Orlando to attend the annual Keller Williams Family Reunion and will return back to the office on February 27th. In the Foreclosure section you will find; Court Approved, Foreclosed, Lis Pendens, Corp Owned/Relocation and Short Sales. There are 422 homes in distress located in Escambia County and 272 homes in Santa Rosa County. .
Escambia County includes Pensacola, Perdido Key, Cantonment, & Molino.
Santa Rosa County includes Pace, Milton, Jay, Gulf Breeze and Navarre.
